According to an article by Gus Lubin, of Business Insider, Muammar el-Qaddafi's private jet, a Dassault Falcon 5A-DCN, dropped someone off in Minsk on Friday. Speculation has it that it might have been Qaddafi's daughter Aisha, who was denied entry to Malta. It is said that Qaddafi is on good terms with Alexander Lukashenko.
